FOLLOW THE MUSEUM’S PROJECTS
At the Danish Museum of Science and Technology, we actively collaborate with educational institutions, external partners, and civil society to generate knowledge and develop new methods within our field. This may include projects related to museum communication, approaches to exhibitions, visitor experiences, and more.
On this page, you can read about the cross-disciplinary projects and research contributions that the museum has been part of over the years.
SCIENCE – RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE
‘Science – right where you are’ was a nearly three-year project that focused on developing new formats for communicating technology and science and examining how the museum can become relevant to a wider range of people.
EXPLORE, BUILD, PLAY
’Explore, Build, Play’ is a project of 15 months, exploring understanding of technology and playful approaches to teaching and education. At the same time the project is working on making the museum organization itself and the approach to exhibitions more playful.
This is a part of the prelude for the future move of the museum to Svanemølleværket in Copenhagen.
